Do my clients need to download anything?+
No. Sotto is a web app that installs straight to the home screen from the browser — no app store, no updates to chase. It looks and feels like a native app.
How do clients sign in?+
With a magic link or a short code sent to their email. There are no passwords anywhere in the system, which means nothing to forget and nothing to reset.
Does the audio work offline?+
Yes. Once a client installs the app, their assigned recordings are available even without a connection — on the train, on a plane, or with the phone in airplane mode at bedtime.
Can it carry my practice's branding?+
Yes. Sotto is built to be white-labeled: your name, your colors, your domain. Your clients only ever see your practice.
